THE DETAILS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Practical controls for card owners. Clear next steps for the person who scans.
Manage individual cards for yourself and your family. Every person has a separate profile, privacy settings, contacts, and renewal.
Choose which self-reported details, such as blood group and allergies, are visible.
Help a finder alert approved emergency contacts. Delivery depends on the messaging provider.
A scanner can choose to share their location with the alert. Sharing is always optional.
Find hospital listings or open the phone dialer for 112. Listings do not confirm live availability.
Disable the old QR and reissue a new one. A lost card should not keep sharing your information.
BUILT AROUND YOUR CHOICES
Your card is a connection to approved information. The QR does not contain your medical details. You decide what a public scan can reveal.
Identity verification is not medical validation. Emergency information is self-reported.
FOR THE PEOPLE CLOSE TO YOU
