1. Instant Digital Access
The core iHealthCard digital emergency profile is delivered instantly upon successful online payment confirmation. You gain immediate access to:
- Live Emergency QR Code & cryptographic URL.
- Downloadable high-resolution digital card preview.
- Printable 3.5" × 2" paper wallet card sheet for immediate printing at home.
2. Physical PVC Card Production & Delivery Timelines
If you select the optional Physical Card add-on during checkout, your card undergoes high-definition thermal PVC printing with UV protective coating:
Custom encoding & printing takes 1 to 2 business days after order placement.
Delivered across India in 4 to 7 business days via reputed couriers (India Post Speed Post, Delhivery, or Blue Dart).
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are clearly itemized on the checkout screen prior to payment. The standard physical PVC card fee includes protective waterproof packaging and pan-India tracked courier delivery.
4. Tracking & Delivery Support
Once your physical card is dispatched, a tracking airway bill (AWB) number and carrier tracking link will be updated in your user dashboard and dispatched via SMS/Email.
