1. Nature and Scope of Service

iHealthCard provides a digital identification and emergency responder notification platform. We enable users to create dynamic QR code-linked medical profile cards (accessible via browser upon scanning) and optionally order a printed physical PVC wallet card.

⚠️ 2. Crucial Medical & Emergency Disclaimer (Non-Dispatch Service)

iHealthCard is NOT an ambulance dispatch service, hospital, healthcare provider, or emergency medical service.

• The "Call 112" feature simply triggers your device’s phone dialer to contact National Emergency Services in India.
• All medical information (allergies, blood group, conditions) is strictly self-reported by the account owner. We do not verify or diagnose medical conditions.
• In any critical or life-threatening crisis, always call 112 or your local emergency medical department immediately.

3. User Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You represent and warrant that:

• All profile details, blood groups, and emergency contact numbers submitted are true, complete, and accurate.
• If you add emergency contacts (e.g. family or friends), you confirm you have obtained their permission to list their phone numbers for emergency communication.
• If you create cards for minor children or elderly dependents, you possess the lawful parental or guardian authority to do so under the DPDP Act 2023.

4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Payment Processing

All pricing is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise:

• Annual Subscription: Grants 24/7 hosted emergency profile access, unlimited scans, instant SMS notification routing, and dynamic data editing for a 12-month period.
• Physical PVC Card: Available as an optional add-on delivered to your specified shipping address.
• Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. You agree to adhere to their merchant checkout guidelines and banking protocols.

5. Intellectual Property

The iHealthCard trademark, logo, design system, card formatting, software, and code are proprietary assets protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform for unauthorized commercial gain.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
